Alpha Zulu Logistics is a proven, Pinnacle DSP (top 1% of Delivery Service Partners Nationally). Our team has delivered over 10,000,000 packages since our launch in September 2018. We have a new opportunity for logistics specialists to deliver large parcels in the Denver Metro area!
We are hiring both Drivers and Helpers to launch this second operation out of HDE2 (22300 E 26th Ave, Aurora, CO 80019).
What we are looking for:
Delivery is a physically demanding job! Here is what you can expect in a standard shift
6 am - 4 pm shifts
30-50 Stops over a 10-hour shift
Team delivering large parcels (50 lbs - 300 lbs) to customer houses
Driver Baseline Requirements and Qualifications
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Valid Colorado Drivers License
DOT Physical (either currently holding or willing to complete)
At least 21 years of age
Familiar and able to operate smartphone and GPS technology without aid
Able to lift packages and bundles weighing up to 75lbs
Able to climb stairs on a regular basis
Submit to motor vehicle records check and 5-panel drug screening
Helper Baseline Requirements and Qualifications
Eligible to work in the U.S.
At least 18 years of age
Familiar and able to operate smartphone and GPS technology without aid
Able to lift packages and bundles weighing up to 75lbs
Able to climb stairs on a regular basis
Submit to background check and 5-panel drug screening
Preferred Candidates:
Hold a CDL
Have 3+ years of delivery experience
Walk a brisk 15-minute mile
Have 5+ years of operating smartphone and GPS technology on a regular basis

We are currently hiring for the following positions:
DRIVERS
Base Pay: $21.75 - $25.75 per hour
HELPERS
Base Pay: $16.50 - $20.75 per hour
Both Drivers and Helpers have the ability to level-up!
Full-Time Shifts: 4-day workweek with one weekend day required per week (6:00am – 4:00pm)
